Good news for all of you Critters out there!

After a record breaking, successful kickstarter (nearly 11.5M$!), the cast of the massively poplar streamed Critical Role show has just now shared the newest update on their project: their partnership with Amazon Prime.

What started as a small home game run by voice actor Matthew Mercer (Overwatch) has now hit a whole new level. While the original Critical Role kickstarter aimed for only a handful of episodes, we’re being told, thanks to their new deals, will now turn into a full fledged two seasons worth episodes! That’s right folks, for those of you keeping tabs out there we can look forward to a minimum total of 24 episodes.

But what exactly does this mean for the story?

Spoilers ahead! Spoilers ahead!

The initial first season that was kickstarted by the indie company promised to deliver a conclusion to the fan favorite Briarwood arc (without going into details, expect vampires!) but now that the story will be expanded upon in a second season, here are somethings you can expect and other we would love to see!

Most likely, dragons! Chances are that we will be getting that initial attack to Emon as well as at the very least a set up for the Chroma Conclave arc.
We also expect to see familiar NPCs like fan favorites Allura Vysoren and Gilmore.

But what are some other things to hope for? There are a few key emotional moments to look forwards and we have no doubt that voice actors Laura Bailey and Liam O’brien will provide for us. We’re also hoping to see that crazy aerial strike from Grog.

But most importantly, we’ll be crossing our fingers for cows.

Truly Dungeons and Dragons at its best.

What are some scenes you’re hopeing will make the cut for the Legend of Vox Machina?
